I think we had some in the Pictorium also, but the ones in the saloon, you could have popcorm, peanuts, and drinks while watching the show.

My guess would be the type of weather each park gets. I think a wood floor at Gurnee would need alot more maintance due to freezing temps, I've seen the pictures with the snow and the carpet would provide better traction.

Just my thoughts, my reasoning could be wrong.
