The boat goes up the lift, makes a U-turn, and goes down, and another U-turn into the station.

The only souvenirs I get when I go to any park is either a shot glass or a souvenir cup. IMO, CGA has a lot of variety and choices for souvenir cups. I have never bought a shot glass, shirts, or anything else so it's not a big deal to me. But I do agree that the fonts they use need updating.

The very first time I stepped into CGA, when it was PGA, was back in 1997. I was 7 years old, and I remember it was 1997 because Xtreme Skyflyer was built that year, and Invertigo was not built until the following year. I don't remember what is was like to step through the gate, I just remember I wa...

Yes, it's still there and located in Kidzville. It's called Scooby's Haunted River. And instead of inflatable sailboats, they are plastic speedboats.

It's a great idea, and building it around Star Tower would give some great views.

Every single ride at CGA, except FireFall, lets you put all loose articles in the ride area; either on the station platform for a coaster and some flats, or around the perimeter of the rides on most of the flats.

Here's the short. Anything 35 feet or taller built in that area of the park has to have a permit to be built. Since the coaster is way taller than that, the businesses are complaining about the noise the coaster will cause.

Interesting Idea

I just had an interesting idea. I was thinkin that once SFGam opens for the season, we could do a Great America tour. What I mean by that is people can take pictures at CGA and SFGam from the same perspective for comparisson. For example: take a shot of Orleans Place from the iron gates from both pa...

I went to the SC park on Saturday, and the sound in the first tunnel has changed. I wasn't paying attention to what is was, but it was a different sound.

I hated the Sky Whirl in Santa Clara. Then again, I've always disliked all forms of ferris wheels. I think they're boring and a waste of space. And being inside those cages were kind of awkward.
