It's a shame they took the ride out. I loved it. :(

No that is the SC one, Gurnee's is still in the park, in Hometown Square.

The Gurnee one has the different color scheme. I know that the SC one is gone.

Anyone have any updates? I REALLY miss this ride...I actually felt it was the most thrilling flatride I went on when I went to Great America for the first time in 2004 (I went on every flat ride but Drop Zone and HMB Endeavor, which I find the most thrilling today) this is because it felt like you were going to fly out, lol, but either way it was an enjoyable ride. I still don't see why they took it out...it seemed like a great family ride...
The rides are GREAT, the shows are GREAT, the fun is GREAT, at Marriott's Great America! REMEMBER Marriott's GREAT AMERICA, REMEMBER Marriott's GREAT AMERICA!

I think that PGA has made some, shall we say, interesting, choices about removing and renaming rides.... as it seems like the rides we like the best are disappearing

Thank Goodness the Gurnee park has decided to keep so many original rides. Triple Play especially it is the first ride I worked at in 1993. I'd be very sad if they took it out. Even if it does make me barf.

I recently watched a commercial for the Santa Clara park, and that commercial contained a shot of Triple Play in action. Is this park planning to re-open Triple Play?
