PGA Delta Flyer Question

If anyone knows why, why does Delta Flyer open at 11 and close at 6?

Times were adjusted back during the "energy" crunch on certain rides. Since the times have stuck. It's also a money saving issue. If the park is busy some days they do kepe Delta open till park closing.
