I love this article! All the work that went into the themed areas is discussed. And Paramount just trashed it all.

^^I completly agree, atleast gurnee has the original themed ares plus more. I strongly reccomend paying Gurnee a visit. Paramount Parks just strongly dissapoint me, I can't believe they even removed the train, that park looks like a peice of garbage, and there aren't hardly any thrill rides either. I wish I could have been around to experience the Marriott Days of these two parks and Then I would prolly even feel worse about what Paramount's has done to that park. But I guess, all I have is this site and you all. I have been going to the Gurnee Park for 16 years, since I was born (July 29, 1989) and I am still impressed that the theme hasn't left the theme-park like it's California Sister Park.
Paramount's Great America dissapoints me.
