Hello everybody. I have visited this site for awhile, but just now have I decided to sign up to the forums, to join the conversation with you fine people.
Great America, whether it be Marriot, Premier, Six Flags, in Gurnee has, and always will, hold a special place in my heart. Every visit to the park brings back such wonderful memories for me, especially of my Mom that passed away in 79.
I do have kind of a strange request though. I am currently working on a Great America 30th Anniversary web video to share with other fans of the park. I was wondering if any of you would mind if I posted some of your favorite memories from an earlier topic of the Gurnee park in the video, along with any vintage photo's you may have.
