I wonder if they're kicking themselfs for selling off both parks since today they could have created an entire resort with each theme park (similar to Disney and Universal).

I know during the 90's, Disney and Marriott were going to team together to create some hotels for the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida but the only designs Marriott came up with were more like boxes...similar to what the Nick hotels will be like...
