Ok? That was pointless. They should have kept it then instead of having rust in a parking lot. Was the ride still popular until it was removed?

Yes, from what I've seen at PGA, removing a perfectly good ride (one of my favs) was such a sad event

Here is an early photo of the SC Tidal Wave Which I thought was interesting. Park must have been closed when this was taken

Heres a poll idead which themeing is better tidal wave or greased lightnin? I got really bored today during school and drew a really cool tidal wave on my binder with my eraser!

Nice pic! Well as for the poll, definately tidal wave had better themeing. Seriously, greased lightnin just didn't work, and I know that a lot of my friends, when we visited the park the year after it was changed thought that it was a pretty lame change.

PGA was lazy in the change-over. They loft alot of old Tidal Wave theming in the station when it was Greased Lightning.

I get depressed anytime I see another Anton being scrapped, such as TW the way it's heading. I know they're becoming maintenance problems now, but something must be done. Kennywood has three coasters older than anyone here on the board.

Sometime in october, PGA painted the 4 main supports a tan/brown color, the same as the remaining part of the station. It's very easy to not notice these structures because they seem to blend into the background a lot more (probably the point of painting them that color). I almost didn't notice the supports when I was at the restroom right next to them.
