Nice logos, I like the second one more because "Great America" is the important part, not the six flags name. Of course six flags corp always felt differently. In fact one year they were planning on getting rid of the individual park names altogether and just going with Six Flags, that idea thankfully died before the season started.

You're right. If they were going to do that, the great america should be the larger letters because that's what makes it different from the other parks although I know the park thinks differently. They're motto isnt "You are here" it's Out with the old and in with the new.
I need a great day this year, or 2, or 30!

IMO that looks kind of silly. Theres nothing wrong with the logo they have now and since its one of the signature Six Flags parks in a large market I dont see why theyd change it.
