It's called Skyhawk. And you sit in a pod that slowly turns around the center tower, and you use a joystick to do barrel rolls.

^^They can't bring Yankee Clipper back because Boomerang Bay is there. The only ride they could probably bring back, which they never would, is Triple Play, just for the fact that the empty space is still there. ^People would still wait in line. I've only been to CGA, so I can't say anything about SFGam. As for the themeing, Paramount's definitely got rid of it for the Santa Clara park.
