Re:

I may have experienced this during the Superman line. Which rides is ticket system typically utilzized? It has been used on Batman, Superman, Raging Bull, and I think Viper. I know when Shockwave was still in the park, they used it on it as well. They used it on the Eagle as well. I have ticket 000...

Re: Shockwave Trains

The way I recall the brakes were, there wouldn't be a way of stacking four trains without setting up the ride. And when I subbed up there, with three trains, if we were on interval, by the time a train was out, the next one was ready to be advanced into the station, so I don't thing there would be a...

Six Saints Cemetery

Went to the park for Fright Fest today. They had a great display set up near the Games Gallery to memorialize all the old rides:

Re: How Did You Do It ?

I mostly worked on the coasters, so I was always away from the midway. It didn't matter if there were 5,000 or 45,000 in the park, we'd only see them 24 at a time. I was also lucky to be on some great crews, so we'd always find ways to keep ourselves entertained and keep the job from getting too mon...

Re: GOODBYE BUGS BUNNY NATIONAL PARK

I was there a couple of weeks ago for Physics Day. Yes, it's been wiped clean off the map and replaced with a go-kart track. I'm assuming it's to replace the track that used to be behind the Pictorium which was removed to make way for the Hurricane Harbor expansion. I remember when it was still Fort...

You're right about the fun machine. THat thing is just slow! THe crawler isn't a bad ride, I just think, well, sometimes you spin good, sometimes you don't. It isn'r consistent like fiddler's fling. You can get spinning in any car, it just takes the right technique. Personally, Fiddler's Fling is t...

I think one of my most memorable rides was during an AM test ride. There was a layer of fog on the ground that was so think, that going over the crest of the hill, you could not see the ground (or the rest of the park for that matter), and the track just seemed to disappear into nothingness.
