So, I wonder how this years Fright Fests have been going. Can anybody out there report back? Any pictures to post?

I hadn't heard of the Gurnee Journey, but was wondering how staff has been maintained in post years during that same time period.

Does anyone who was either a season pass member, or worked at the IL or CA park, recall any special events or traditions that took place on opening days? I remember showing up on opening day way back in 1980, but don't recall anything out of the ordinar...

This year an adult ticket will cost $55. Wow, in 1976 admission for adults was around $7.95.
