Wiggles World is great! The SS Feathersword slides are fun, and all the rides are fun for what they are. Dorothy's Rosie Teacups is insane. Area is very colorful and well themed, a great addition to SFGAm. Sure beats a tired old queue house :).

It's being removed from Magic Mountain to be scrapped, it has not run since 2002 and is in way too bad of condition to ever be operable again.

I recently passed by the Gurnee park and saw the new sign by I94. "Six Flags" is much more evident on the signage than "Great America". I think the part of the sign with the electronic messages that change from time to time is better than the old sign. The Six Flags is bigger th...

Very nice! Although it looks strange driving southbound it looks awesome driving north. I hope they fix and paint the part directly under the screen though because it looks like it was damaged.

Welcome to FF, where the park is packed, the guests misbehave, and the park is staffed about 1/4 of what it should be. It happens every FF. The kind of crowd FF brings also is pretty bad (with complete disregard to the smoking policy), which is why im in full support of the concept of "Family F...

45th Anniversary Music

For Six Flags 45th anniversary all the music around the park (with the exception of SWT, Mardi Gras, and Carousel Plaza) to popular music from the past 45 years. Hometown Square - 60's Yukon Teritorry- 70's County Fair - 80's Yankee Harbor - 90's Orleans Place - More modern sounding New Orleans musi...

I have a feeling that with the way things are going that Six Flags will not survive. Transitions take awhile. You should see all the families that crowd up Hometown Square at 9 to watch the show/fireworks/parade. Good word of mouth with families that are visiting now will attract more families will...

I doubt we'll see Demons red train until after Eagle Red gets its second train.
As far as I know, the track where the waterfall is was worked on during the pre-season, and probably dont want to tamper with mist being sprayed on it right now.

Yeah I guess I was wrong, that was the problem one day LAST year . The music this year is to celebrate the 45th.
Although it does suck we loose the nice themed music, as Nolan would say, at least we havnt heard any music we dont like.

While at SFGAm once, I asked a Viper ride op about the chain slow at the top of Viper. Apparently, it does not always do this. For some reason, I remember the op telling me that it doesn't do the chain slow for the first hour or so of the day. Can anyone elaborate? I've always experienced it do the...
