My friend has the big maps from 87, 91, 92, 93, 94, and 95. I have the big 90 map and the bigs ones are great. Too bad the maps are small now.

That's good news. Last year at No Coaster Con Gurnee's GM said that the Ameri-Go-Round will resurface in the park. Gurnee is getting a new GM this year so who knows what is going to happen to it.

It's still Orleans Place but I'm not sure if the Orleans Orbit is in it's original location.

I was young whe I rode Rolling Thunder so I didn't have a problem with th seats. 3 years ago when I went to Cedar Point I rode Disaster Transport and I was a bit cramped. I was 5ft 4 at the time so it wasn't too bad.

Screamscape has reported a rumor that the Orleans Orbit might be removed before the season starts. I hope this doesn't happen. Gurnee's Great America is my home park but it would be sad if PGA removed a Marriott ride. If this happens then it seems like PGA has plans to eventually get rid of everythi...

There have been heat waves the past two seasons at Gurnee. There were people passing out and vomiting. I know these guests were taken to first aid to cool down. Other than that I dont know what the park did for them. I'm guessing the guests just laid down on the beds and given water.

There is an Applebee's near the park and when you enter there is a picture on the wall of ShockWave. It's a picture or some kind of construction being done on a loop. I think it's a picture of the dismantling.

Arrow fixed the turn when Viper was built. Viper is a lot smoother than ShockWave because of the changed layout. I'm going to SFGAdv this summer and I can't wait to ride GASM. That will bring back a lot of memories.

I didnt know that you could sit in the cabins. If the cabins are out next year I'll definetly sit in them.
