I love first generation free falls. Demon Drop at Cedar Point is great. Sadly I didnt get a chance to ride Stunt Fall at SFMM when i was there and now its up for sale. All of the other SF free falls are for sale too. Now its too late to ride the Edge(Mr. Hyde's Nasty Fall) at Geauga Lake.

Turn of the Century was probably named for its corkscrews. The theme of Hometown Sqaure is the turn of the century and that is why the coaster was named Turn of the Century. The corkscrews could have also been a reason. The only kind of inversion around this time was the vertical loop and then came...

I thought the room just had things stored in there so its interesting to find out its a VIP room. Ive only seen one person come out of there and it was an entertainment supervisor.

You should go back this weekend but just go on either friday or sunday. The crowds are the smallest on friday but the park is open from 5PM-11PM. The crowds arent too bad on sunday and the park is open from 10AM-9PM. This sunday the park is open one hour later than the other sundays during Fright Fe...

2003 was pretty good but 2004 was a lot better. I forgot all about the entrance change to Necropolis. That was a bad idea but Necropolis was still pretty good. It should be changed back to the way it was though.

The Demon always has a huge line during Fright Fest. Im glad you had a good time even though this is the worst Fright Fest Ive been to. 2004 was sort of the comeback year for Fright Fest and last year wasnt as good. Six Flags got cheap and the budget to pay JPM for the scaractors was lowered so that...

Thanks Jon and Brian for the pictures! This weekend a ShockWave air compressor was added to the exhibit as well as some scrap piece. For those who didnt know the past couple of years the little ferris wheel from this float http://www.greatamericaparks.com/sg/shows/parade/parade005.jpg has been used ...

More than Sky Whirl buckets at FF

In Necropolis after you get passed the bush people there is a Haybayler car in the first exhibit. During the first fight on the Boo Line they use a Traffique Jam car and it is also used in the parade. I dont bring a camera to the park and Im sorry for not posting pictures. Ill try to post pictures i...

I think everyone who walks through there enjoys it. Its very peaceful and relaxing. Also theres plenty of shade so its nice to be there during a hot sunny day. Hopefully everyone on the site who hasnt been to Cedar Point can make a trip. Its my favorite park and has been voted worlds best park 9 yea...

You can add me to that list. Psyclone is a terrible roller coaster. Second roughest coaster Ive been on behind Shivering Timbers. I say ride it just to try it but you probably wont ever want to ride it again.

It has a little bit of similarity. It also has similarities with Hometown Square. The part of Frontiertown Im talking about is the Frontier Trail. I was just trying to think of something . Here are some good pictures of the Trail. http://www.tour-the-point.com/FrontierTrail.htm Scroll down towards t...

I wouldn't do a Hawaiian or west coast theme becauase of Hurricane Harbor. I think something like Frontiertown would be cool. For those who havent been to Cedar Point Frontiertown is like a little town in the woods. Frontiertown is heavily wooded so theres lots of shade and everything is made out of...
