Who remembers the mid 1980's Great America Theatre Royale show "Rabbitcadabra" which was a magic show hosted by Bugs Bunny? This show opened at the Gurnee Great America park in 1984 even at the time of the Marriott's-Six Flags transfer.

I never saw Whack-a-Mole at the Gurnee Marriott's Great America in 1979-early 1980's, but I remember the Skee-ball areas (one Skee-ball area was called "Skee-Daddle").

Besides getting advance tickets for the Marriott's Great America parks (Jewel/Osco/Turn-Style for the Gurnee park, Safeway for the Santa Clara park), were there also Great America Supermarket promotions. I remember in 1979 the Jewel and Osco stores were giving away free Great America coaster posters...
