Weight Rescritions??

Post by OldSchoolGAFan »

I heard something about SFGA now weigihing guests in line and refusing rides to those that they deem too heavy. I wondered if there was any truth to this, and if it is I would think there would be a more discrete way to do it than in the queue line.

I have never heard of this on roller coasters. The only attractions I have ever heard of requiring the weighing of riders are zip lines. I would guess sky coasters would also apply as well, I'm just not sure on this. I'm a fairly large person myself, and I have never had to do this in any park. I know I'm above the weight limit for zip lines, so I never try those, but I've never been refused on anything else due to weight. If your dimensions allow you to fit in the restraint and allow it to lock completely, then you can ride.
