Yeah, roof of the Pictorium (We know it as Picto in my house) looking NE towards the skytower/carousel.

Why DID you take that picture?

Yep, it's on the roof of good ol' Picto of course. I was up there taking pictures of a concert in Picto Plaza (anybody wanna see those? Let me know).

As best I can figure, this picture was taken when I loaded a new roll of film in my camera, and buzzed through the first couple of frames with my motor drive; I have one more very similar pic that has the beginning-of-the-roll distortion over half the image. So, it wasn't an intentional photo, but it has it's merits :D
