For me-
1. Space Mountain, Disneyland
2. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Disneyland
3. Superman The Escape, Six Flags Magic Mountain
4. Batman The Ride, Six Flags Magic Mountain
5. Viper, Six Flags Magic Mountain

Big Dipper at Santa Cruz

I'll give you my top 7 because it's hard to choose 5.

Space Mountain at Disneyland
California Screamin at Disney's California Adventure
Top Gun at Great America (Of course)
Invertigo at Great America
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disneyland
Demon at Great America
Survivor at Great America (if you could call it a coaster)

These were in no specific order, But Space Mountain is defenitely my favorite of all time.

Whoops Survivor is also my favorite present ride at PGA.

Outside PGA Space Mountain followed by Big Thunder.

2) Invertigo

*Survivor is NOT a coaster because it does not run on gravity.

1 X - SFMM (nothing else like it!)
2 Batman - SFMM
3 Tatsu - SFMM
4 Space Mountain - DL (c'mon, it has a soundtrack AND it's in the dark)
5 CA Screamin' - DCA (Januray 3...they will have a new ROCK soundtrack for both CA Screamin' & Space Mountain)

Santa Clara GA Top 5 (past & present)
1 Demon (from the MGA days when it had all the special effects)
2 Whizzer
3 Top Gun
4 Turn Of The Century (loved the 0G hills)
5 Tidal Wave ("catch the wave!!")
