Hi group.
I was going through some old photos the other day and found this slide I took while sitting strapped into the Tidal Wave. Amazing they didn't take my Minolta camera away from me before the ride.

Nice picture! Was this taken in Santa Clara? I can see the Service Road on the right and the Triple Wheel in the far distance. What is that huge cream-color building on the left side of the picture?

That big building looks like the back of Days of Thunder. After DoT went in, you could just ride Tidal Wave all day long, the line was non-existent.

I moved my pics to a new domain, and have the ultimate POV shot of sitting in the tidal wave. Old school, way before days of thunder was put in. chase lights and all.
