new design for the site photo galleries

Hi,

The site's photo galleries have now been fully integrated into the site's overall new layout. This means that the photo galleries now have the same structure, the same layout, the same navigation, the same look and feel as the rest of the main site:

Some additional tweaking may be done to them. But for now, everything seems to be functioning properly under the design.

Now, all that remains is to do the same for the forum and the user galleries and we'll have some consistency here!
