Yes, I have something similar to that in black & white. I did not get a chance to scan it over the weekend, but will do so shortly. I may also have something for Z force; not sure yet, I'll have to check.SFGAmLover wrote: Redfish: Do you mean this picture of Iron Wolf?

I think I've seen that one of Z-force. I have a feeling that I saw it in Todd Throgmorton's book:

SC aerial construction
I have this aerial construction photo for the SC park.Tanya wrote:Love those photos. Does anyone have the same of the Santa Clara park? Back when I worked there, I would pass cows and orchards on the short (then about 10 min) drive from home to the park.
This was from a book.

Redfishpaw,
That article about zforce is cool, but why, oh why did you staple it over something to do with Tidal WAVE?? On the right side, about 1/2 way down, you can see one of the waves.
I would like to see what's under the ZForce Article myself!

The b/w photos of the Santa Clara aerial and Hometown Square contruction are from the book The Great American Amusement Parks by Gary Kyriazi - 1976. The book also contains other theme park photos from the seventies including a great aerial shot of Astroworld.Tanya wrote:Thanks redfishpaw, I like those old photos. What book was that from?
