Park Maps

Post by that_guy »

I thought a GREAT(sorry couldn't help it :D ) idea would be while the sight progresses to add an older park map to the sight. It would make it easier to find where rides, buldings, etc. were located (before they were taken out especially).

Hmmm....maybe the site was taken down. :? I'm working on web design skills, maybe I'll get another one back up and running in a few years.

Hi,

The idea of adding maps is a good one -- and it's something that I've been considering all along. There are lots of challenges with them, however. One of the first is getting access to old maps. Fortunately, I have access to many, but perhaps not all. Another challenge is that maps have been inconsistent over the years. I have some ideas now, however, about an approach that I'd like to take. Stay tuned.

Thanks again for the suggestion.
