Tanya,

Thanks for your contributions to this site/board. Great stuff!

When I look at the Yukon Territory photos here it pains me to think of how they painted over most of these buildings with quick cheap make overs.

Tanya,

You have quite the "amazing" collection of MGA stuff. Keep it coming if you have more. Hometown Square looks so nice and "peaceful". Unlike what we now see at the current version of the same park. Do you have your newpaper postings up somewhere yet? Those will be fun to read.

Still working on the newspapers. They are larger than my scanner and take up alot of memory. Trying to get them down small enough. Even when I break them up they are too large to download into ImageShack. Thinking of trying to scan them in as text only. The information on that first year is great!

I was mostly surprised to see that typo on the Skywhirl/Barney Oldfield/Circus image. "Excitinf Rides"??? It's surprising that they would let that slip. Maybe it was corrected in reprinted version -- perhaps making Tanya's copy all the more rare. :-)

I forgot to mention the typos. I think they meant flavor on the Yukon Territory card.

Nice collection!

Another typo ... Willards' Whizzer

Also, what is the deal with Demon's loops? Is that pic from some model/rendering?

The DEMON's loops don't look real because they aren't. The photo is of a model.
